We continue with our independent, esoteric Church series. Although most assume that these valid but illicit organizations are Gnostic, some are actually devoid of Gnosticism and focus primarily on a blend of traditional and mystic Christianity. These are growing in number in this pluralistic and still very Christian nation, both physically and online, and it's important to separate the spiritual-seekers from the greedy charlatans. We cover The Holy Nicholean Catholic Church, The Holy Monastic Order En Deus, and The Holy Imperial Russian Orthodox Church. We learn from the Bishop who oversees these heterodox temples, and how he is able to remain loyal to traditional Christianity while still utilize Buddhist and other concepts to create a new way of spiritual thinking. Not just a new way, but a way to grasp the original, fluid and mystic ethos of early Christianity. And these contain vast metaphysical riches that are often overlooked or discarded by modern esotericists since they are deemed too 'orthodox' or too 'primitive'.
